Charlotte, garde périscolaire à Dilton marsh

I am a 30 year old female who has worked as a Special Educational Needs Learning Support Assistant for the last year. Prior to that I worked within a busy nursery for a year. I have also completed a degree in Early Years Education and have completed two volunteering placements in both Zambia, Africa and Orlando, Florida. I have taught classes when cover has been required, ran my own mathematics and spellings groups, planned and implemented interventions from which all of my children showed high progress as a result.

I have worked with children of varying Special Educational Needs including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Cerebral Palsy, Speech and Language Delay and Visual Impairment. I have also had the privilege of physiotherapy training for a variety of children with physical disabilities.

I have a passion for working with children and an ambition to empower, stimulate and encourage children in their development. I believe personal identity development to be equally as important as academic knowledge and thrive on watching children grow and learn.

I am kind, compassionate and enthusiastic, however, am more than capable of maintaining behaviour management.
