Delia, baby sitter à Clacton-on-sea

Hello my name is Delia. I am a Nursery Nurse with over 30 years of experience in childcare, with children ranging from 6 months to 7 years. I work with children in the day but am available in the evenings and weekends as a babysitter. When Children are in my care I try to make it a fun and stimulating experience. A good communicator who responds to each child's needs and likes. I have a firm but fair attitude to discipline, and have worked with children with challenging behaviours. I have a certificate in paediatric first aid and also safeguarding. Although I have ideas for games and activities for each age I find children bring me their own ideas on what they would like to play with me. I have a strong belief that a child's welfare is paramount, and aim to show this in every aspect of my time with the children I care for.
