Ackelia, baby-sitting - GL2 Quedgeley

My name is Ackelia . I am currently an early years practitioner in a childminding setting. I have worked with children from the age of 6 months to 11 years old. During my time at this setting I have followed the policies and procedures, planned fun activities for the children, observed and assessed their development using the EYFS. I have worked with the practitioners in the setting to ensure that all children are safe, secure, ensuring that every child is given equal opportunities and that their individual needs are met.
I am currently studying Level 3 Award, Certificate and Diploma in Childcare & Education at Gloucester College, so this only allows me to work on a Monday, Tuesday and on weekends.
