My name is Susanna and I have over 18 years experience in child care. I really enjoy working with children stimulating their development. I find it a very fulfilling career.

I am a loving, fun, caring nanny. I am reliable, honest and trustworthy.

I have been nannying for over 17 years as well as working in other childcare roles. I have worked for 8 different families, with children as young as 2 weeks to 11 years.

I have developed my abilities working for the needs of babies, preparing feeds, maintaining good routines, weaning, providing a safe and simulating environment and providing through the night care. I have much experience with toddlers, promoting positive behaviour, assisting with toilet training, planing and implementing activities and outings that are age and stage appropriate and that are of educational and developmental benefit in harmony with the EYFS.

As the children in my care have grown older I have escorted them to and from school and other activities, I have assisted with homework, also encouraging appropriate rest and exercise. I have planned indoor and outdoor activities to engage older children especially during school holidays. I have experience a work as a proxy parent while parents are away.

I have responded to the changing needs as the children as they have grown while taking advantage of many opportunities to move their development forward.

I have worked with children who have special medical needs and children on the autistic spectrum.

I cook healthy family meals and have experience in housekeeping duties. I have cared for family pets where necessary.
