Own key children and helped my staff plan for thiers. I am a friendly, happy person who enjoys watching children learn new skills and experience new things. I am a non smoker, i have good communication skills and enjoy building a relationship with the children and parents. I am happy to follow the childrens lead in thier play, contining the play to help progress thier development. I believe children learn best when they are happy and having fun so i like to pride myself on making sure the children feel safe, happy and enjoy their time with me while learning all the next steps for the future development.
