Shauna, garde enfant à Cross hands

Hello. My name is shauna lee, I am 18 years old. I am a loving and caring person who loves to provide a high level of care to each child as I would to my own in the future. I have 3 years professional experience working with children from ages 3-17 with special needs. In 2017 I worked at a play scheme for children with special needs during the summer holidays. In 2018 I done a few weeks work experience in a nursery working with ages 1-5 and in 2019 I started working with a 16 year old girl with PMLD (profound multiple learning disabilities) who is still work with now and would be happy getting a reference from her guardians. In the summer of 2019 I worked away in america for 3 months on a summer camp for children and adults with disabilities, the company is called True Friends and is based in Minnesota. I love to travel and gain new experience, I also love meeting new people and expanding on my knowledge.
