Hi,
I'm Daryl Ryan I'm 16 and currently studying Childcare Level 3 in college. I am a Rainbow Leader 5-7 yrs old (Girlguiding) meaning I can manage and look after a group of up to 20. Also I am currently working towards my Young Leaders Qualification.
I own a provisional licence and drive a scooter so I'm available whenever and at a short notice. I'm friendly, creative, fun, reliable, caring, trustworthy and sociable. I will ensure your child is safe and has fun while you're gone.

Daryl helps us run, prepare and organise rainbow guide sessions. We have 16 girls in our care aged between 5 and 7 and she is popular and well liked amongst the children and adults. She works in a voluntary role but goes beyond what is expected by attending meetings, planning sessions and activities out of our regular hours. She has been working with is for almost a year and we have had no causes for concern. Infant we have watched her grow in both confidence and ability as she's become familiar with the set up and the got to know the girls in our care. Daryl is hardworking, eager and enthusiastic. Her timekeeping and reliability are excellent and so is her interest in progressing in her chosen area of career. Daryl has led activities to the group as a whole but has also worked with smaller groups and individuals. She is always keen to try new things and is open to new ideas and suggestions. She is confident and outgoing with the girls and will use her own initiative when dealing with a situation or problem. I would recommend Daryl as she is an asset to us and I'm sure she will be an asset to anyone who has the pleasure of taking her on in her chosen career role. I don't doubt she will be keen to impress and will take her responsibilities very seriously. Despite only just finishing school she is a very major young lady and this is reflected through all areas of her character.
