Claire, garde d’enfant - BT25 Annahilt

Hi, my name is Claire, I am 24 years old and come from a large family , I have 7 siblings 4 brothers and 3 sisters.

I previously have worked in care homes with the elderly but always wanted to work with children . I do childminding for friends and family and the wider community where I live , from this experience I find that I am a very reliable , caring and patient person.

I enjoy doing simple tasks like cooking and cleaning, I have been cooking from a young age at home and love doing it! I enjoy a healthy and balance lifestyle, and a lot of outdoor activities eg: running, walking and farming.

I have volunteered a lot , working in nurseries, and other activities with young children, I enjoy arts and crafts and making things. I have two siblings still in school and I enjoy helping them with homework and school projects.

I feel that I would make a great carer for children because I am an honest, hardworking person and love being able to help people, especially children.
