Julia, garde enfant à Edinburgh

Hello,

My name is Julia , and I am currently in my final year at school. I have lots of experience working with children as I have been babysitting for number of years, and now I am currently working for my school's after school club.

In August I began volunteering in three different placements. Firstly I volunteer at The Yard, a playground for disabled children which allows them to have fun in a safe, friendly environment. I love playing with the kids in the group as they are a very lively bunch of kids and we have a lot of fun. As well as this, I am also becoming a Volunteer Language Ambassador as a part of a new government initiative where in our final year at school we get assigned a class with a partner and organise lessons in a language of our choice (mine is French). Finally I also help in a P7 maths class in my school and usually I give individual support to those who need extra help.

I am very reliable and trustworthy and I love working with children. The ages I have worked with are 1-12 and I have recently received my PVG form from Disclosure Scotland.
