Nicole, garde enfant à Hull HU5

Hello,

My name Is Nicole, I am 19 Years old and starting University in September at Hull. I will be studying Ba Education Social Inclusion and Special Needs.

Before University I attended York College where I gained a Level 3 BTEC in Children's Care Learning and Development, to complete the course I had to exceed over 800 hours in different childcare settings (I have references from all!).

While at College I volunteered at a Community Interest Company called Bee-Able, where I worked on weekends at a fun club for Young People with additional needs. I have now progressed from a volunteer to a co-ordinator of my own weekend group. From this I have become friendly with all the parents of the children in my care and have become three of those children's sole carers.

I would say I am extremely confident in working with children and have had a lot of experience with challenging behaviour and have learnt a variety of techniques In how to deal with certain behaviours from Social Workers and Family Support Workers who I've worked along side.

As I am going to be a student and have not yet received my timetable I am fully flexible morning afternoon and night. The only problem is that I am only living in Hull during the Week and will be travelling back to York on a weekend.

I would like to think I would be able to help out with your child's homework up to Key stage 3. I am also sporty and can help out with any activities your child would like to do or play!
