Eleanor, garde enfant à Trunnah

My name is Eleanor and I am 20 years old. I am currently at the University of York studying a degree in Philosophy, however I am home over summer for 4 months, and again over christmas for 1 month, so I am looking for a part time childcare job whilst I am away from University. I have experience working in a restaurant, a pub and a garden centre, but I am looking for a childcare job because I love working with children and caring for others. I have experience caring for children within my own family and my partners family, and also teaching experience in a local Maths and English centre called Kumon. I have also volunteered in Kathmandu, Nepal, where I taught children between the ages of 3 and 16 in a school. At the school, I taught children English and played different games and activities with them depending on their age group. I am an organised, friendly, compassionate person and I love looking after children. I have 13 GCSE's (4 A*s, 7 A's and 2 B's), and 3 A levels (ABB) so I am more than capable of helping with homework and learning. As well as helping with school work, I have 14 years dance experience, including Ballet, Tap and Modern, and I also play the guitar, which would be fun activities for children to try. I have also recently been accepted into the police as a special constable, after several months of interviews and tests, and have a high level of security vetting. I am starting my training for the police in September, so this will not interfere with childcare over summer. I am a fun, caring, thoughtful person and would love a job looking after children of any age.
