Hello Parents, My Name is Annika and I have been a nanny for the last 11 years. I have been looking after multiple children in one family. I am a very reliable nanny who absolutely adores children. I am at maternity leave at the moment but looking for a new job from June. ( where I can bring my little one).
I am very easy going and hands full on. I love preparing delicious meals and be a role model for the little ones. As I am a Montessori Early Childhood Graduate I love my own little Montessori set up at work place. The nature is very important so outdoors is a must ( sunny or rainy). Annika was our full time nanny from January 2022 to October 2023 - she had sole charge of our 3 young children (boy from 4yo and twin girls from 2 yo). Annika was an amazing all round nanny - she genuinely cared for the children and they had a great relationship with her. She was very organised and capable - never phased by anything. Annika built a great network of other nannies and children which meant our children were very sociable. Annika drove the children to and from school, organised all meals and activities and built a great rapport with all of us as a family. Any family would be lucky to have Annika.

Annika Lautner-Bollstroem has worked for us as a nanny for several times over the past 3.5 years. She has been an incredible carer and great friend to our children from when they were newborn babies until they are toddlers. She can fully take care of the twins and even all three at times.
