I have been a nanny and tutor for many years and love working with children. I like finding their strengths, what they can improve and help them turn into even better human beings.
I can help with all kinds of homework too and assist them develop new skills and interests. I also put great emphasis on showing respect and manners around other people, including family, without being strict; I have a soft approach to childcare but can also be firm if necessary - this said, if you show respect towards children and know how to care for them in the best way it's rarely necessary to be firm.
My educational background is psychology at university level.
I come from Copenhagen but have been living in London, Oxford, Stratford-upon-Avon and New York for 12 years, presently living in beautiful Paris.
