Mathilde, garde d'enfant à Paris 7ème arrondissement

Hello!

My name is Mathilde and i'm a 19 year old English speaking student living in Paris in the 7ème and have been living here for the past year as I attend the American University of Paris. I am from England primarily but lived in Bahrain for the past few years.

I have been babysitting and looking after children since I was 16 years old. I've always enjoyed looking after children and having two younger siblings really helped me acquire the necessary skills for child care. In my experience with looking after children I usually babysit as opposed to teaching however I am very happy to aid with homework and other necessary forms of education.

I babysat two different families in my first year living in Paris, ages ranging from 4-9 years old. When working for the two different families I was required to pick them up from school, prepare food for them, help with homework and also go through english phrases to help them with learning English! However, as my university schedule has changed I am no longer able to babysit during the mornings which is why I am hoping to find a babysitting job that requires me to come later on in the day.
