In 2009 I completed my NVQ Level 2 Childcare and Education studies, whilst I studied Childcare and Education I worked in many childcare settings as part as work placement. I worked in Nurseries, pre-schools and primary schools. I also continued to work within a childcare setting when I finished my studies. I find working within a childcare setting very rewarding.

I am a caring professional and in my role as Student Support Officer at London School of Business and Finance, I am responsible for caring for and supporting students, some with disabilities.

Working as a Student Support Officer has given me an even greater passion for understating the needs of students and students with learning disabilities. It has also helped me hone my verbal and non-verbal communication skills with culturally diverse students and those for whom communication is challenging. I am a very patient person with great empathy and a genuine desire to help.

In my current role I have had many achievements. I have developed a wide range of skills that would meet, and exceed the expectations for the childcare and education industry, including motivation and a positive can-do attitude. I would relish the opportunity to bring this level of success to this industry.
