My name is Karisha , Although I am only 18 years old and some think this is too young, I have lots of experience in childcare. I helped out in a nursery for 1 year and then started early education and childcare at level 5. Unfortunately, I had to leave after completing one year but I was my little brothers carer. My brother has autism, therefore I have experienced some challenging behaviors and can handle them in a mature way. I also babysit for family members which ranges from 3 months to 16. I am very un and friendly and a lot of children enjoy my company. I love to play games with the children and include them in daily tasks. I can cook and clean whilst taking care of children.
