My name is Amy , I am 22 years of age and live in the South Shields area. I am currently in my final year of university study a BA (hons) Curriculum and Education degree. At present I am also employed as a key worker in a primary school working with 3-4 year old children. This has been the most challenging yet rewarding opportunity within my career. I currently have 12 key children of which my responsibilities are to safeguard, observe, monitor, assess and evaluate the children and their development. I am also responsible for planning and delivering mathematics and literacy lessons and aware of the curriculum, but I also feel that it's essential in a child's development that they have fun and enjoyable experiences through play.

On a personal note, I am a genuine, passionate, enthusiastic, caring and nurturing professional who relishes the opportunity to have a positive impact on a child's education and upbringing.
