My resume will provide you with details of my working life but it won't illustrate my true delight, dealing with children. I was a stay-at-home mother to my own four children during my tumultuous marriage to their physician father...the best part of twenty years was my interaction with my kids and all that helped them grow into remarkable, self-sufficient, kind young adults. Many years later I enjoyed a real estate career, a chance encounter in 2006 offered a delightful daytime, live-out caregiver position dealing with 7 year old twins and their action-packed lives, the job lasted for several years, really until these delightful brothers outgrew me. I help to support myself by painting portraits, mainly of children but I do miss the caregiving position & all the that entails..cooking, tidying up, laundry, keeping appointments, driving the children safely to destinations, making sure they're safe and sound.
