My name is Alyssa. I am a Child and Youth Worker and am about to graduate with my BA in Psychology. I have experience working within the Limestone District School Board in Kingston as an Educational Assistant. I have worked with children, youth and adolescents that experience social, emotional, physical, and psychological problems. I have also worked with many infants and youth before as I worked as a Youth Recreational Leader at the YMCA of Kingston. I coach children's soccer and have taken care of infants in the past as a babysitter.
I can establish rapport and build therapeutic environments for all ages and needs for children. I have the ability to mediate and plan/implement age appropriate activities.
I like being active, creative and making people laugh. I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty and I love new experiences.
