For the Past 3 years I have been working as a Nursey Nurse in Alphabet Tree based in Caerphilly County Borough. Through my role I engaged with children and families from many social, cultural and economic backgrounds and I am familiar with the many challenging and difficult situations that some may experience. I have training and experience in the child care sector and I understand the importance of working closely with parents and other agencies to ensure the best outcome for the child. I am a result driven, articulate and well-presented individual, with a proven record of accomplishment of meeting targets. I am hardworking, able to communicate effectively with people from all backgrounds and present my work in a structured professional way.
