Dear Family
I am Jessica, 29 years old and i am living here in Belgium for 6 years this coming February 2019. I also lived in Copenhagen, Denmark last 2011 for 2 years as an aupair and went to Belgium to continue my career as Aupair for 1 year and decided to stay with the family as a full time nanny.
Back in the Philippines, i was working in the hospital as a Professional Care Giver, I worked with new born department ans i was also woking with senior care. I also have a first aid license which I studied In the Philippines. When i was in Denmark, i took care of a 2 kids ( 7 years old boy and a 10 year old girl ) and when i went to Belgium i also took care of a 1 month old twins both boys and i must say that I really enjoyed taking care of them. Working as a nanny/aupair is a very challenging role and it’s not an easy one but for me, i find it cool because i am learning a lot of things with them and also the language. And I find it interesting being with the family and be part of the family for period of time and learn their culture and opportunity to study their language. I’ve been reading also about duties and responsibilities of an au pair and I am positive to say that I am capable enough to handle the duties and responsibilities. I love also being with the kids, playing with them and do some activity together with them. About household chores is also no problem because I have enough experience also to do it.
About myself I am easy going person and easy to be with. I don’t have any problem in adapting new situation in my life. I am easy to communicate with and in my relaxation time I like reading books and listening to music. I like making or cooking foods too.
