I am searching for an English speaking nanny for my 2 kids, 1 and 5, 5 years old. My elder boy speaks a little English. The aim is to speak ONLY English to him and also to introduce this language to my 1-year old. The face of the nanny should be visible while with the kids, which is especially important for interaction with the baby.
