I am a friendly and enthusiastic 23 year old who has a real passion for play and stories. I believe in providing as much interaction as the child, or children, require, and in listening and responding to their wants and needs, rather than enforcing strict play routines. I believe in treating children as individuals with the rights and responsibilities appropriate to their age. Above all, I believe in the power of good stories, good fun, and good interaction (not to mention giving parents the time and space to fulfil their other commitments!). I am able to bring along books and children’s film if needed, and I have my own transport and a clean driving license. I have been cleared by Disclosure Scotland to work with children and young people.
