I have always found Rachel to be very reliable, responsible, trust worthy and friendly. The children absolutely loved her looking after them. She did lots to keep them entertained as well as learning during the day – they drew/painted, cooked, did jigsaws and games, read books, went on days out to the seaside, zoo, went on the train, to the park, the library and lots, lots more. Rachel also did all the practical things; she got them dressed in the morning, fed/cooked them breakfast, lunch and tea and bathed them prior to bed each day. As a family with two working parents Rachel really made our life easier. We couldn't have coped without her!
