Hello, my name is Rebekah. I am 45 years young and have worked with children all my adult life. As well as being an enthusiastic, creative and experienced primary/SEN teacher, over the years I have been a nanny to various families, a private Governess for a 7 year old girl and a specialist private 1:1 teacher for a KS2 girl with Autism. I am also a qualified Nurture Practitioner.
Despite my background being that of teacher, I view myself first and foremost as a nurturer and promoter of self-belief, self-esteem and self-empowerment.
I absolutely love working with children and I’m naturally energetic and creative (which are qualities, I feel, children are instinctively drawn to).
I am an active person and enjoy being physical and keeping healthy, which are qualities I will always encourage with children in my care.
I am currently studying to become a Relationship Coach, so due to my own homework commitments, I’m looking for a maximum of 25 hours a week (week days only, but I’m happy to do ad hoc babysitting at the weekends).
