It would be impossible to overstate Tanzirah Koheeallee's importance to our family, her professionalism and flexibility, and the love and care she brings to all of the children we have seen her care for in the six years we have had the privilege of having her as our nanny. She is firm, fair, and incredibly loving and joyful and we view her more as a co-parent than as a babysitter. The meals she makes fresh daily for the children are exceptionally healthy and it is thanks to her structure and cooking that our daughter is such a good eater. Tanzirah is, without a doubt, an exceptional professional and human, to whom we attribute much of our daughter's enthusiasm for school and learning, manners, eating habits, and health. Tanzirah chooses her families and charges carefully to ensure a good fit for everyone and this ensures that the children are surrounded by peers with whom they can build constructive and meaningful friendships. It would not have been possible for me to work full-time during my child's early years without the knowledge that she was in the highest possible quality of care. In six years, I have never had a concern or a complaint to make. Tanzirah is an excepionally careful driver and safety-aware at home. She has a large, meticulously kept, well-organized home and garden to welcome the children and it is a very happy place full of more toys, books, and games than three homes put together!

Tanzirah a gardé notre fille pendant 2 ans, elle est très serviable, disponible et flexible. Elle a su transmettre de bonnes valeurs à notre fille. Elle est assistante maternelle, mais c'est bien plus qu'un métier pour elle, c'est une vocation. En tant que parents, nous en sommes convaincus, il suffit que nous voyons comment notre fille réagit avec elle (et avec sa famille aussi). Nous sommes partis travailler le matin l'esprit tranquille sans nous demander comment la journée allait se passer. Nous lui serons reconnaissants pour cela.
