I am already very excited about getting to know you. But, first of all, I would like to introduce myself to you.

My name is Martina. I am 22 years old and I am from Slovakia. Currently living with my aunty in France. Last
year finished studies at a secondary medical school. My mum is a housewife and my father works as a property consultant in a nearby town. I have got one brother called Dominik. He is currently attending the 9th grade of primary school. Overall, we are not a large family, but we like fun things.

I would describe myself as a reliable and caring person, who tries to make the best out of every situation. I like spending time with my friends; they are – as well as my family – very important to me. Always trying to help, I’m always there for them if they need me.
In my free time, I like to listen to music, go shopping or dance. I also like sports and hiking. I enjoy reading a good book too. Every summer, I help my English teacher to look after her daughter (14). I sometimes babysit in the evenings. It is always a lot of fun! I take care of my brother on Fridays. We play games together and go swimming. I help him with homework too.

Last year I finished secondary school as a nurse. I enjoyed it very much because I could take care of people and also developed my skills. I am planning to go to a university in the future.
So, at first, I would like to work as an au pair somewhere abroad to gain more experience and language skills.
The reason why I want to go as a nanny is that I want to get to know more about English or French culture and the language.
I hope we can develop a good relationship, working and living together as a family. I would be very happy to experience an eventful time with you and your kids. I am looking forward to talking to you.
