My name is Sophie. I am 27 years old and currently live in Seaford. I am a calm, enthusiastic, motivated and energetic person who puts 100% into everything they do.
Since completing my degree in 2010 I have been living and working abroad. I have gained a wealth of experience from these ventures which I love sharing with others.
Previously I have worked as a gymnastics coach, have spent two summers working for English language schools in the uk and another two for a sleep away camp in America. When in Australia, I worked as an au pair for a family with two young girls aged 6 and 10.
Each of these roles has equipped me to work effectively with children in both residential and non residential situations. I enjoy finding new ways to keep children entertained. From baking cakes, to chalk drawings on the walls outside, I like to keep activities varied and minimise time spent in front of the T.V.
I love sports and enjoy helping children improve their chosen activity. I also enjoy learning and will willingly help with home work tasks and encouraging young people to broaden their knowledge and do the best that they can.
I am looking to work within a family that genuinely needs the support where I can help make a real difference and ease the stress of day to day life.
