Abby, au pair à Heckington

My name is Abby , I am 19 years old. I have just finished my last year of Sixth Form where I studied Children and Young People's Workforce, Level 3 Extended Diploma.

For the last two years I have been on placement for three days a week at Church Lane Primary School Sleaford. During this time I worked with the children on a one-to-one basis to help improve reading skills and give support during lessons. I have taken responsibility for a small group of children on class outings, always treating their safety as a high priority.
I have prepared and delivered the following activities to small groups of children; baking and decorating gingerbread men, planting and growing flowers, arts and crafts, sports activities, reading stories and imaginative play.

Having finished Sixth Form I am now looking for employment in the childcare sector, and I am available for both babysitting and full time childcare.

I am patient, enthusiastic, love working with children and being able to help contribute towards their development.
