Alice, au pair à Lincoln LN2

I've looked after children within my family for 13 years now, as well as doing work experience in schools with years 1, 4 and 5, I've also done work experience with the special needs department for 2 weeks when I was at college. I love working with children as I get such a thrill from seeing them thrive and learn new things everyday. I'm a kind and reasonable person which are key qualities to have when working with children as it's important they know where the boundaries are but also that they see me as someone who's willing to help them as much as I can and protect them like they were my own and someone they can confide in too. I currently have 6 months left of my degree in Health and Social Care left to do and within that 3 years I've been exposed to all aspects of childcare, since I was young I've wanted to work with children and being a nanny is something I can see myself doing to the best of my ability as I am willing to go above and beyond to help others.
