Georgie, au pair à Oakworth

hello, my name is georgie, i am currently a specialist care worker working with two children ages 5 and 13, my goal is to eventually become a teacher however with me being at work full time i have no time to study in order to acheive my goal of being a teacher. i am a very caring bubbly person, i have looked after a number of children with ages ranging from first born to 15 years of age, i have two younger brothers of my own who i have helped to raise so most of my experience comes from that and my current job. i like to think as myself as mary poppins, kind but firm, i enjoy interacting with children and parents as i beleive it is very important for you to have a trusting bond with both children and parents, i enjoy helping people and i beleive i could be a great help to people who need it.
i previously worked with adults with learning difficulties and challenging behaviours so i am aware and have some knowledge of autism and other learning disabilities.
i am looking for childcare roles or babysitting roles, i am more than happy to play with children, help them with homework, take them for trips out, help out with house work
