Stephanie, au pair - LA9 Natland

Hello, my name is Stephanie. I am 27 years old and have lived in Cumbria my whole life. I am currently looking for a Nanny or an Au Pair role within the Cumbria and surrounding areas.

I have always enjoyed working with children and the majority of my previous and current employment is in the child care area. I am currently a Teaching Assistant in a Primary School, predominantly working with children aged 5, 6 and 7, however I also spend time helping in other classrooms with different aged children. I have completed my Teaching Degree at University, however I decided that I wanted to go into a Teaching Assistant role due to personal circumstances.

I also currently work part time at Center Parcs, where I work with children between the ages of 3 months through to 9 years old. Here I run a wide range of different activities with children, including looking after babies & toddlers in the Creche, messy play and themed sessions.

I am a hardworking reliable individual and always try my best at everything I do. I am dedicated to what I do and have good organisation and time keeping skills. I am a very adaptable person, patient, caring and always try to remain calm in all situations, no matter how difficult or stressful they may be.

I am flexible, happy to work in different environments and am always open to change and new ideas to make improvements. I pride myself in being able to build strong relationships with the people I work with and have been praised on this by those I work with. Furthermore, I enjoy having lots of fun, and am a creative, energetic and patient individual.

I have a fun, bubbly personality and always have a smile on my face. I’m energetic, enthusiastic and strive to do the best I can in any situation. I always puts 110% into everything I do. I am cheerful, friendly and approachable and work well in a team environment.

From all my experiences working with children I feel I would make an excellent Nanny and an addition to the family life. I am able to draw on my past knowledge and experiences to provide safe, nurturing care to any child I work with, as well as a huge dose of fun!
