Hi, my name is Natalie and I am a 34 year old Scottish female. I trained in Scotland to gain my Early years practitioner qualification which allowed me to work in nurseries with children aged 0-5 for the last 16 years. In between that time I also came to France to work as an au-pair/nanny and ended up staying with the family for 3.5 years and still keep in touch regularly with them and visit as often as I can as I miss them and love the French way of life. I have spent the last 6 years working in a primary school and left the job back in March to become a foster carer and look after children in my own home until they can be reunited with birth family or move onto a long term home. My soon to be husband and I are looking to move to France and will do this when the right job opportunities come up. I am extremely passionate about caring for children, nurturing, understanding, love to teach them through play and make learning experiences fun for them. I am able to speak both French and English and have experience caring for babies, toddlers, and older children. I am very capable of looking after multiple children at the same time and I don't mind doing housework, I like to cook and caring for pets is not a problem as I love animals and have 2 ragdoll cats of my own. My interests are music (of all genres!), films, reading, general knowledge quizzes and gardening. Sports I enjoy are badminton, table tennis and cycling.
