I began babysitting to cover for a friend when I was 16, then continued on to be the primary sitter for two years up until I left home for college. During summer breaks when I was in town, I still babysat for that family. During my time in college I worked at a mom gym as well as in childcare at a Catholic church. From these two places many families asked for me to nanny for them. I am 22 years old now and still keep in touch with all of my families. Depending on the families needs, I was there to help with respect to cooking dinner, tidying up the house, taking the kids to and from school, out to choir recitals, you name it. I've babysat and nannied a range of ages from newborns to 10 years olds.
