Katherine, baby-sitter - B91 Solihull

Hi, my name is Kat and I'm 28 years old. I am originally from South Africa, where I studied to be a chef and then became a high school teacher. I moved to the UK 4 years ago and have had experience working with children in the capacity of a swimming teacher and a private English tutor. I am married, but do not have children as yet. I am currently looking for work as a baby sitter in the evenings and at weekends, until the end of the year. From January 2018 I will be looking for more permanent work. I spend a lot of time looking after my friends' children, spending up to a week at a time babysitting. I have also had a lifetime of experience helping to raise my disabled brother and my sister. I love working with children, I find it very rewarding and a lot of fun. I am a very active person and enjoy playing games and doing arts and crafts. I also love to cook and bake, especially when I'm teaching children how to make something. As an English tutor I use a lot of games and activities to teach my students and I am able to bring those ideas and that experience to the table.
