Lauren, baby-sitter - CT5 Whitstable

Hello! My name is Lauren, I'm 25 years old and have recently returned to the UK from 7 months of travelling around South and Central America. I am a friendly, enthusiastic, responsible and (very!) patient person who loves spending time with children.
Prior to my travels, I was living in Madrid in Spain, where I was working as an English teacher during term-time and as a nanny during the summer holidays. I have also worked with children as an English teacher in France and Luxemburg, and in July I am moving to the USA for a year to work as an Au Pair.
I started babysitting when I was 14 and spent a lot of time looking after my 5 younger siblings when they were younger. I love to cook, especially baking and like to include the children I look after when making cakes or biscuits etc.
I have also worked at two different summer camps and therefore have lots of ideas for fun arts and crafts activities.
I have an 8-year-old cousin who comes to my house once a week and we really enjoy playing board games together and experimenting with different hairstyles.
I am fluent in spanish and although I haven't practised my French for a couple of years, I was fluent when I lived in France from 2011-2012, so would be happy to speak with the children in either language. I am currently free any time to look after children and am comfortable with any type of child care.
