Elodie, baby sitter - IG6 Barkingside

My name is Elodie and I love to knit and have actually knitted myself a teddy bear. I also speak French and understand it fluently because that is where my dad is from and so my whole life that’s what he’s spoken to me. I haven’t had much experience with childcare but I love children and looking after them. Growing up my parents were always very busy with work and so a lot of the time I would be home alone after school for a few hours and so I had to learn pretty quickly how to cook so that if I knew my parents would be a while before coming back I wouldn’t have to depend on or wait for them to get home and eat dinner and also when my parents would be to tired to cook when they’d get home from work they would ask me to do it and since I love to cook and am pretty good at it they always trusted me to cook dinner when home by myself. I love to cook so much that some days I tell my parents that I’ll cook today and they love it when I cook because they say that when I really want to cook my food is always good and they even say that when I really try to cook that I can be a better cook than them.
