Hello, my name is Tracey. The quote above resonates very passionately with me and I consider this to be my mantra when working/playing with children. I consider myself to be a patient, tolerant, responsible and experienced childcare provider and mother who has had over 20 years experience. My interest in children and their development has played a huge role in the path I have taken in my life and I believe that I have much to offer any child who is in my care. I have an excellent record of working successfully with children and families in a variety of settings and my capacity to develop close relationships with both children and their families is testament to this success. I take pride in being able to adapt to different care situations sympathetically and with professionalism. My experience includes being a mother, childminder, Montessori teacher and Residential Matron. Currently looking to find a position that works for all parties involved...but mostly the child/ren :-).
