Federica, baby-sitter à Edinburgh

Dear all,
I am Federica, 27 from Rome, Italy. Few days ago, I moved to Edinburgh because in September I will start a PhD at the University of Edinburgh. I am a very responsible and patient person. I am keen on reading and traveling; I am also very curious about the world around me and I can define myself as an eclectic and open person.
In the last two years, I have worked as a babysitter gaining a good experience in dealing with children. I really enjoyed it and now that I start living in Edinburgh, I will be glad to continue working with children.
I am looking for a part time job as a babysitter, but I can be very flexible especially during the summer. I will be glad to help you if you will need more assistance.
I am the kind of person who has a deep link with the child I used to be and probably that is the reason why I am able to establish a good relationship with children: I like them and they like me!
I have a natural predisposition to remain calm and patient in hard situations and I know how to maintain a positive attitude while I am working under pressure. Within my family and my previous employers I am well-known for my high sense of responsibility: if I have an assignment I will do my best to complete it in the proper way.
I have experienced all sorts of games and activities. I am very flexible and I usually adapt the activities to the attitude of the children I care. Some children prefer to play with someone and I am always pleased to play with them: inventing games or following their fantasy and creativity. Others prefer to play individually or with other children, in this case I supervise them intervening when necessary. Outdoor activities: all sort of games doable in a park and playground; sports and gardening. Moreover, Edinburgh is reach of opportunities to learn new things while having fun (the zoo, the royal botanic garden, the national museum and so on). Indoor activities: all sort of activities and games such as artistic and creative ones. I can cook simple meals under the instructions of the parents and I can prepare the children to go to bed. I have no car here in Edinburgh, but I can pick them up at school and bring them home or to other places if necessary. I am also qualified to teach Italian to foreign people, so if you are interested, I can teach your children Italian through games or enjoyable activities. Moreover, I can supervise your children if they need help with homework.
