I have a wide range of experience with children from being a teaching assistant for 10 years and having my own two children who are now older teenagers, my daughter is at uni and my son doing his gcses.
I also babysit regulary for a family with three children under 10. I have been sitting for them for many years now.
I enjoy my time with the children and seem to have an ability to make them feel comfortable and at ease. I don't shout and have never needed to. I find that children respond more to a fair and consistent approach. I also understand that I need to earn their trust and respect too.
