To whom it may concern

I have worked with children for many years, and whilst most of my experience has been in a nursery or pre-school setting, I have also volunteered for many years at weekly youth clubs and holiday clubs with children of all ages. I have nannied for several years too and babysat children of all ages.

My heart lies with the happiness, safety and well being of all children and their needs are always my number one priority.
I have worked with an exceptional variety of children and many with special needs, finding ways to meet their needs to suit their situations best. That goes for all the children I have worked with.

Being a mum of two, myself, I have been able to advise parents on daily issues that may come up, through firsthand experience. I consider myself to be firm but fair and while rules will be adhered to , I do believe that children have a voice and am happy to come to a compromise when need be.

I feel confident working on my own or being left in charge of a group, but equally am able to work in a team with good and open communication.
