Carole, baby-sitting - CT18 Hawkinge

I have always had a passion for children and childcare! I have two daughters myself, one who is 4 years and one who is 18 months.
I am friendly, caring and could never see myself doing anything other than childcare. The children always come first for me and I will always go out of my way to make sure they are happy, well cared for and learning as they play!
I have worked in childcare since leaving college and always strive to do the best I can and be up to date with current practices, procedures and legislation. As part of my experience, for a short time, I ran my own business as a childminder but gave this up when I felt my oldest child was old enough to start nursery with me.
I have experience of working with children from birth up to 11 years and have worked in a few different nursery settings.
I also have experience of looking after children who have additional needs, this ranges from children with diabetes to children who have global development delay.
Ideally I am looking to care for children during school hours, however would be able to do school pick ups and after school hours, so long as It was possible to still pick up my daughter.
