Stefania, baby-sitting - HA1 Harrow on the hill

Dear Family,

My name is Stefania and I am a Translation Studies graduate. I have always been focused on teaching (due to my love for children and working with them) and foreign languages (I have an ear for languages, hence being able to speak quite a few).

I came to London 6 years ago for a course and, together with my husband, we decided to build a future here. I have been working as a nanny ever since I came to London because I love children and because the rates for this job are higher than the rates for other entry positions; as such, working as a nanny helped me not only in doing what I love, but also in funding my studies.

I am a very bright person, highly educated and very well mannered. I am a positive influence for children and my work with them is constructive, being play-focused.

I have several childcare related qualifications and loads of experience in working in nurseries and for private families.

The types of jobs I am looking for are babysitting (regular commitment) and part-time afternoon positions, either school pick-ups or mother's help. My work status is 'employed'; consequently, my future employer will be kindly asked to produce an employment contract and pay my taxes; I can recommend the nanny agencies I have been registered with so far for the necessary arrangements.

I am a friendly, helpful and open person, as well as hard-working, responsible and punctual. I am very respectful and I am expecting the same from the family whom I will be working for, please.
