Catherine, baby-sitting à Aberdeen AB21

My husband and I are being assessed as potential foster carers. We have been asked to have some experience looking after children before we can go any further with our application. We are in our 60s, it has been so long since we looked after our own children. I worked in a nursery for the month of December last year. I have babysat for a couple of friends over the past few months. I still need more experience to prove my competence. At the nursery, I was in the room with babies - 0 - 2 yrs. I did my role in changing nappies, sitting with the babies, interacting with them and helping feed them. I am willing to babysit for one or two children at a time, ages from 0 - 10 years.
