Jayne, baby-sitting à Carlisle

My name is Jayne King. I am 22 years old and I'm a mother to a one year old boy. I am energetic, fair and fun.I have gained a CACHE Level 2 and 3 Diploma in childcare and education in 2012. Which enabled me to apply for my present job as a youth worker at a busy youth zone in the town centre which on a quiet evening holds about 60 children. This role enables me to be fair and firm at the same time. Each session I provide an activity such as arts and crafts, quizzes or team games. I run two clubs which are an hour each. One is a lets get cooking club and the other is a confidence building program, which was recently featured in the local paper. On this program I worked with a group of young girls and carried out activities each week to improve their self esteem and confidence. This was successful and resulted in the girls having a makeover by professionals, trying on dresses from a local wedding shop, having a professional photo shoot and a picture to take as a momento. Each morning I work in a local Creche with 2-3 year olds. We provide home from home care and nurture each child while meeting their individual needs and developing their interests.
I'm looking to care for children in the afternoons weekdays so that I can spend my weekends and evenings with my son.
