David, baby-sitting - S7 Sheffield

I am a 21 year old who has worked at Sainsburys for the past 3 years, but have decided that I now want to start at university to become a maths teacher. I have helped at beaver, cub, scouts and explorer scout groups for over 5 years, so have a wealth of experience on working with children.
Whilst at school, I done a lot of work helping younger children in after school clubs and volenteering in lessons during my free periods. Around this time I also became a scout leader, during which I had to do a lot of training on working with children and keeping them entertained. I've spent a lot of time leading activities, and helping the children lead activities to help improve their confidence. I spent this summer working at a summer camp in the US through the camp America program, as such I have up to date CPR and first aid training, and have experience working with large numbers of children both in activities, and then ensuring their safety overnight.
