Holly, baby-sitting : Wealden

Hello, I'm Holly and I am 16 yeas old and I am applying for a job in childcare to help me to improve my knowledge and understanding of children. This would benefit me greatly because I would like to help children, to help them in their education and their early years. I have 4 siblings, 2 of which are older than me, and 2 of them younger than me.
I can help with children and their reading and writing abilities as well as teaching them ton expand their knowledge.
I have been babysitting for many years with children ranging from the age of 2 weeks to the ages of 9 and 10. Which has helped me to understand some basics of a children and a young persons needs.
