Alice, babysitter - BH1 Bournemouth

My name is Alice and am 22 years old. I love working with children and am looking for a part-time role/babysitting so I can carry out volunteering and studying as well.

I am very patient, loving and empathetic. I love to play and have fun with the children but feel I have a good balance when ensuring their safety and daily routines are in place. It is a delight to be apart of a child's life if only for a short time, I find children an absolutely blessing and a joy to be around.

While living and working in New Zealand I was an Au Pair as well as a nanny. I have experience with routines: bedtime/feeding/changing of nappies and clothes etc, but I also made time for sensory play amongst the younger toddlers such as coloured spaghetti, water, painting. It is important for the children to have intentional play where they can explore and grow in confidence. Experience in reading with older children, and taking them to community groups for child interaction.

I am a happy person and have a passion with working with children.
