My name is Chriscenia Dias. Being an enthusiastic and ambitious individual has enabled me to develop a responsible approach to any given task. I posses excellent communication skills and enjoy learning new things. With a strong communication skills it gives me the confidence to communicate with the customers and help them in what they need. Every customer is different and can be challenging that's what makes my work interesting.

I have been working in customer service in various areas, in sales as a marketing associate in ROWS AND LINES company in India. Also worked in Sofitel luxury hotel London Heathrow as F&B associate and hostess. At Pilots bar and kitchen at Heathrow T5 as a hostess. In Dubai I was working as a trainee for the post of business development manager and a Zumba instructor in Mad About Dance. I have recently worked as a receptionist and in reservations at K Hotel Kensington. Along with my passion for customer service I also have a great interest in dance that helps me to social more.
I have also done a few part jobs in different areas as a nanny, cleaner and kitchen staff.

I have been into dance industry since 2013. Training kids in Bollywood dance style and taking up choreography contracts for weddings and cultural occasions under The One Dance Academy. Licensed Zumba instructor since October 2017. Been part of many events and conducted Zumba sessions too. Also a part of Goenchim Noketram as a folk ambassador I have represented my state and country at National and International stages. Besides all this I also freelance and conduct dance sessions for kids and adults. I have also conducted free Zumba and dance sessions for recovery patients at ARC London.

As a professional choreographer and experienced in customer service I was given an opportunity to work in the film industry as a coordinator, assistant director and choreographer.

The passion in these field made me archive more than i thought i would. Looking forward to grow more.
