I'm a 17 year old child care student. I've currently completed the first year of college achieving a B in child care level 3 cirtificate. Here I've acquired the knowledge of child development from the ages 0-7. During this time in college I've attended two placements one being a school in the local area for a few months and the other being day nursery. Here I completed a total of 360 hours with 200+ voulently. I've helped plan activities and take part in activities. I also helped prepare food, change, and toilet children from the ages 0-6. From this hands on experience it's provided me the opportunity to understand and provide the best practice when working with young children and their individual needs.
